Beautiful luxury apartment on the 1st floor of the Seevilla located directly on the crystal clear Lake Ossiach in Carinthia. The area is known for its many lakes and charming towns and offers subtropical temperatures from May to October. Famous places like Klagenfurt, Villach and Velden am Wörthersee are nearby and trips to both Italy and Slovenia are absolutely worth the trip.

Apartment Süd of 70 m2 has a large covered balcony with splendid view to the lake. Inside are 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, modern kitchen, living room with sofa bed, TV and Wi-Fi.

Extra service (charged) : bread roll service, restaurant, paddle surfing, tennis court, horse riding, beach volleyball and waterski school

In winter there are many possibilities as well, so are the ski resorts of Bad Kleinkirchheim and Goldeck-Spittal practically around the corner, while the family skiresort Gerlitzen is only a 10 min. drive. Wir waren 2 Wochen dort, es war alles perfekt und Heidi hatte immer ein offenes Ohr und gab hilfreiche Tipps für die Umgebung Kommen gerne wieder..... Es grüßen Steffi , Werner und die Kids

Saubere und großügige Ferienwohnung mit gut ausgestatteter Küche. Brötchenservice vom Campingplatz vor der Tür. Traumhafter Balkon mit Seeblick. Unterliegendes Strandbad perfekt mit kleinen Kindern. Sehr leckeres Restaurant direkt unter der FeWo.

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in dieser schönen Wohnung, die natürlich durch ihre Lage, direkt am Ufer des Ossiacher See, besticht. Hervorzuheben ist auch die herzliche Betreuung durch Heidi und das Team vom angrenzenden Campingplatz und Restaurant! Wünschenswert wären allerdings eine eigene Waschmaschine (statt der Gemeinschaftsmaschine des Campingplatzes) und ein größerer Fernseher. Ob man beides benutzt bleibt ja jedem selbst überlassen.

Mooi appartement, vriendelijke (Nederlandse) eigenaren en een mooi uitzicht op de Ossiacher See. Je kon zo het water inlopen en lekker zonnen op het grote terras of op het grasveld beneden. Om iets te eten (pizza, wienerschnitzel, lasagne, enz.) kon je altijd terecht bij het restaurantje beneden. Ook hadden ze er heerlijk schep- en verpakt ijs op de warme dagen. Prachtige omgeving, veel te doen, je hoeft je er nooit te vervelen. Kortom, wij hebben drie super weken gehad in dit mooie appartement!
